Welcome to CropSense (operated by CropSense Agri-Solutions & Services in collaboration with CipherSense AI Technologies Ltd.). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CropSense applications and websites (cropsense.africa and its subdomains), and related services and goods (collectively, the "Services").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 CropSense Content
All content, features, and functionality on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of CropSense and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2 Your Data
Users retain ownership of submitted data. By submitting your data, you grant CropSense a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license for service provision and improvement purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. CropSense disclaims all warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The company does not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CropSense, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising from service use or inability to use, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Indemnification
Users agree to defend and indemnify CropSense, its affiliates, and related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from user violations or service misuse.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes undergo amicable settlement attempts before arbitration under Nigeria's Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Users may discontinue use or request account deletion at any time.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CropSense with respect to the Services.
10.2 Waiver and Severability
Non-assertion of rights doesn't constitute waiver. Invalid provisions are eliminated while others remain enforceable.
10.3 Assignment
Users cannot assign these Terms without written consent; CropSense may freely assign.
